Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our natural scented candles. Under Australian Consumer Law, you have certain rights and guarantees. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below.

Australian Consumer Law Guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
  2. Package the items securely in their original packaging
  3. Ship the items to our address as provided in the return authorization

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued in Australian Dollars (AUD) to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return postage.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

  4. Use a tracked shipping method and retain your tracking number

Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. In such cases, we will cover return postage costs.
